This visa allows for the spouse or de facto partner (including same sex partner) of an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen to live in Australia.

This visa allows people who are engaged to come to Australia to marry their prospective spouse. After they marry in Australia they can apply for a partner visa.
Aged Dependant Relative visa:
This visa is for some older people to stay permanently in Australia if they rely on an eligible relative in Australia to provide financial support.
This visa allows a person to come to Australia to care for a relative in Australia with a long-term or permanent medical condition.
Orphan Relative Visa:
This visa allows a child to travel to and live permanently in Australia with their sponsoring relative.
This visa allows a child who is outside Australia to come to Australia to live with their parents.
This visa lets parents live in Australia if their child is an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen who is settled in Australia.
